Little seeds with a lot of nutritional power.

I call this my Power Seed Blend because these little seeds pack a lot of nutritional power. Full of protein and fiber to help you feel more satieted and stay that way longer.
Mix this up today and make it easy to add protein and fiber to your favorite snacks and sides.
Ingredients
- 3 parts hemp seeds
- 3 parts ground chia seeds
- 1 part ground flaxseeds
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
- Store in an airtight container. I keep mine in the refrigerator.
Notes:
I mix up a batch using 1 cup hemp seeds, 1 cup chia seeds and 1/3 cup flaxseeds, usually lasts 1-2 weeks.
Your body can better absorb the nutrients from ground chia seeds. Grind them in a mixer coffee grinder. I cheat and buy them already ground.
Ground cinnamon is also delicious in this mix and adds antioxidant properties.
Sprinkle on:
*Baked potato or sweet potato
*Oatmeal
*Smoothie or smoothie bowl
*Toast (with avocado or nut butter)
*Yogurt
Add to homemade granola.
