Lazy-Girl Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie goodness in a minute. No blender. No mess.

Close up of smoothie bowl featuring berries, yogurt and granola.

I love a good smoothie bowl. But, I don’t love cleaning up the mess. This gives me all the smoothie bowl goodness and satisfaction without the mess. And it’s ready in a minute.

Ingredients

Extra Toppings (optional)

  • Chocolate chips
  • Chopped nuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Nut butter
  • Sea salt

Extra Mix-Ins (optional)

  • Protein powder
  • Spirulina or greens power

Directions (if starting with fresh berries)

  1. Mix together Greek yogurt and 1-2 tbsps of power seed blend.
  2. Add berries.
  3. Add toppings for desired nutrients, texture and taste. My favorites are peanut butter and a sprinkle of granola if I’m feeling fancy.

Directions (if using frozen berries)

  1. Mix together frozen berries and power seed blend.
  2. Top with Greek yogurt and let it rest in the fridge over night.
  3. Add toppings of choice

Notes:

If using frozen berries in the morning, microwave on low for about one minute.

For the nutrition of a green smoothie, add spirulina or your favorite greens powder when you add the power seeds. You may need to add a splash of milk to keep the yogurt from getting too thick.

For any easy, high-protein dessert, raspberries and chocolate chips are delicious, plus high in fiber and antioxidants.
